We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every group. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS), hosted in the US, and every look at patient data is logged.

Can staff at one office see another office's patients?

No. Nine roles are enforced by the database: staff see only their own office, and owners see every office.
